Promotion concept

Spin-to-win example: design the whole customer journey.

Explore a written promotion concept that connects entry, a sample outcome and redemption with clear customer expectations.

Illustrative concept. This page does not operate a live connected service.

Spin-to-Win Demonstration

From invitation to a checked redemption

An engaging interaction is only one part of a digital promotion. The customer needs to understand how to enter, what the outcome means and how a valid reward can be used. This written demonstration follows that sequence using illustrative material. No real entry, prize allocation or redemption takes place on this concept page. Its purpose is to show the decisions a live campaign needs before the animation and promotional message are ready.

1. Introduce the promotion

Show who is running the campaign, who it is for and where participants can read the rules. The invitation should make significant conditions understandable before entry.

2. Show the sample interaction

A concept spin explains the visual journey. Any displayed outcome is a sample and does not represent a real win or reserve a reward.

3. Explain the outcome

A live campaign needs approved rewards, availability and qualifying conditions. The result screen should explain what the participant can do next and what they need to present.

4. Check the claim

The redemption process verifies a valid outcome and records its use. Staff need a clear route for duplicate attempts, expired claims or unavailable rewards.

5. Keep choices understandable

Separate participation, marketing preferences and public reviews. A reward should not depend on a positive Google review.

6. Verify the complete journey

Before a live campaign, test entry, the recorded outcome, redemption and failure cases against the approved rules. The organiser also needs a funded reward process and an owner for participant questions.
