How an order is made

This process was adopted on 15 October 2026 for new business agreements.

Ascent sends a written order. The order specifies the customer, the scope, the selected plan, the price, the version of these terms, and the service and billing dates. The customer accepts that order. Ascent then confirms the acceptance in writing.

An enquiry, the visibility form, a price on this website, and the automatic acknowledgement do not purchase a plan and do not start billing.

If the customer is a limited company, the order is with that company. A person who writes the enquiry is not, for that reason alone, the contracting party. A sole trader may be the customer named in the order.

Maps prices for new business customers

These prices are settled for a new business customer. They are not applied to an existing customer by this page, and they are unchanged.

The Google Maps prices are £59 a month for the initial 12-month plan, £89 a month for the flexible plan, and £99 one-time setup on each plan. Completing the initial 12 months comes to £807, including setup. An enquiry does not purchase a plan.

Early cancellation of the £59 plan

This is the settled cancellation calculation for a new business customer.

You can cancel the £59 plan by emailing help@ascent-media.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly service period.

For voluntary early cancellation during the initial 12 months, the adjustment is the lower of: (a) £30 multiplied by the completed paid months in the initial term, including the final paid service month; or (b) the remaining unpaid £59 monthly payments for that term. Ascent does not charge both this adjustment and the remaining future subscription payments. There is no administration fee, disconnection fee or second setup fee.

After 4 paid months the adjustment is the lower of £120 and £472, which is £120. After 6 paid months it is the lower of £180 and £354, which is £180. After 11 paid months it is the lower of £330 and £59, which is £59. After 12 paid months it is £0.

After the initial 12 months, the plan continues at £59 a month on a rolling monthly basis. It can be cancelled at the end of the current paid period. Another 12-month commitment does not start automatically.

The flexible plan is £89 a month. Email help@ascent-media.io to cancel it at the end of the current paid month. There is no early-exit adjustment.

The early-exit adjustment does not apply where you have a right to terminate because of Ascent's material breach or another legal cancellation right. Applicable refund rights are unaffected. This draft does not say that setup or services are non-refundable.

If a monthly payment has already been paid, credited, or is disputed, that account is calculated individually and the adjustment is not added on top of an amount already paid, credited or disputed for the same period.

Governing law and rights that remain

For new business agreements, the governing law is the law of England and Wales. This was adopted on 15 October 2026.

This choice does not remove a right that the law requires Ascent to honour. Applicable refund rights stay in place. This page does not set a liability cap, a service guarantee or a response time.

Accounts and the website

An account is for access to that account. It is not an order for Maps management and it is not permission to send marketing.

Use of the website must not misuse another person’s information or present a false review. Pages that show an example, such as a sample profile, are examples. They are not a client result.
