The proposal sets out the selected work so you can assess the cost alongside what will be delivered. Fixed projects suit a clear build, review or implementation. Ongoing services suit recurring work with an agreed schedule. More complex requirements may need discovery before a reliable implementation quote can be prepared.

The commercial breakdown separates setup, recurring charges and relevant third-party costs. Media spend, software, usage charges, domains and rewards are identified where they apply. Payment terms and any continuing commitment are stated in the written offer.

Setup is payable after you accept the written order and Ascent confirms it. Monthly billing begins on the agreed service date once required profile access is available.
