Service Inclusions
Know what is being delivered and how it will be checked
Your proposal identifies the work being commissioned. It names the relevant pages, profiles, campaigns or systems, the outputs you receive and the responsibilities needed to deliver them. A clear scope makes it easier to compare options and recognise completion. Setup and recurring work are described separately where their purpose differs. A build or configuration project has a completion point; an ongoing service has a schedule of tasks and reviews.
Content production, reporting and support allowances are specified for the selected engagement. External costs are identified where they apply. These can include advertising spend, software licences, domains, phone or message usage and reward funding. The proposal explains which costs are included and which remain with the business.
Dependencies and handover matter too. We establish who provides information, approves content and controls the relevant accounts. Additional requests can then be assessed against a scope everyone understands.
Google Maps management includes:
One Google Business Profile. Initial checks and agreed corrections, followed by monthly maintenance of your business information and customer contact routes.
One approved post each month. Up to two customer-supplied photos. When photos are unavailable, we agree a text-only update.
Replies to all new reviews. All new reviews during your subscription. We escalate sensitive complaints; historical review backlogs are scoped separately.
A one-page website. A mobile-friendly static page with your business, services, service area, supplied photos and contact links. We draft the copy from confirmed facts; you provide authorised images and one consolidated revision.
Hosting and one tap card. Basic website hosting while your plan is active. One tap card is included; postage is charged at cost and disclosed before acceptance.
A short activity summary. An understandable record of checks, changes, reviews handled and anything needing your input.
Your domain is registered in your name. Purchase and renewal costs are disclosed separately before acceptance. You keep your domain and a portable copy of the static website, with no agency transfer fee. Included hosting ends with the service. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences. Support is through help@ascent-media.io, with a two-business-day response target. This is not a guaranteed resolution time or a sales-enquiry deadline. Extra locations, directory work, ranking grids, profile recovery, full website SEO, extra website pages, functions and integrations are separately scoped.
