Visits and local services

Explore survey appointments, consultation visits and agreed service times with explicit location arrangements.

Fit boundary. Travel time, routing, dispatch, territory allocation, emergency response and multi-location capacity need separate processes. A visit slot is not a routing system.

The shared installation, owner setup, and customer booking stay on the setup pages. These recipes only change the example.

Agreed survey visit45 minutesA business-chosen GBP or IDR amount. The recipe does not set a market price.
Follow-up20 minutesA business-chosen GBP or IDR amount. The recipe does not set a market price.

People and eligibility

Use one surveyor/plumber for a defined visit, not a dispatch fleet.

Working time

Limit the example to a manually coordinated area. Allow travel in operational planning; do not claim automatic travel-time availability.

One ordinary question

General area and job type; no occupied customer address in screenshots.

Check before you rely on it

The scheduled visit must not be represented as emergency dispatch, a binding quote or a route-optimised job.

Do not imply

No emergency dispatch, travel optimisation, job costing or field-service CRM.

Catalogue records. Create and edit a service, Practitioner eligibility, Weekly hours, Signed-in booking

Catalogue limits. Create and edit a service: Several services in one visit were not re-verified. Archiving a service was not repeated in the 1.2.104 ledger. The whole candidate is not commercially accepted. Practitioner eligibility: Eligibility is not a qualification check and not a clinical credential. It does not assign a room or an assistant. Weekly hours: Split-shift editing was not repeated on 1.2.104. Practitioner hours are not the same thing as a room or a second staff member being free. Signed-in booking: Local capture is not inbox delivery. This does not take payment. An interrupted command in the fixture stayed running and was not turned into a second success.

Follow-up20 minutesA business-chosen GBP or IDR amount. The recipe does not set a market price.

People and eligibility

Use one eligible electrician as a scheduling identity; qualification verification is outside the software demonstration.

Working time

Use a manually agreed visit area and realistic schedule. Do not infer certification from booking.

One ordinary question

General inspection topic and agreed area, not customer credentials or exact private addresses.

Check before you rely on it

The confirmation books a visit only; it does not issue a certificate or prove regulatory compliance.

Do not imply

No certification software, compliance reporting, routing or emergency dispatch.

Review call20 minutesA business-chosen GBP or IDR amount. The recipe does not set a market price.

People and eligibility

Use one cleaner for this basic recipe. A multi-person crew requires separately verified team scheduling, not a renamed staff record.

Working time

Schedule a fixed, agreed job within a manually planned area. Do not claim recurring contracts or route optimisation.

One ordinary question

General job scope and area. Do not store entry codes, alarm codes or key locations in the general form.

Check before you rely on it

One appointment should not create a recurring contract, reserve a crew or calculate a dynamic property quote.

Do not imply

No multi-address optimisation, crew dispatch, dynamic quote or automatic recurring cleaning contract.

Property viewings and advisers

Shared steps. Install, business details before lock, first service, another service, eligibility, first hours, another practitioner, question, booking button, new-customer prerequisite.

Agreed property viewing30 minutesA business-chosen GBP or IDR amount. The recipe does not set a market price.
Follow-up20 minutesA business-chosen GBP or IDR amount. The recipe does not set a market price.

People and eligibility

Use one adviser and treat property coordination as manual until resource locks are verified.

Working time

Keep adviser availability distinct from whether a property can be shown; verify both operationally before offering a viewing.

One ordinary question

Which pre-agreed viewing are you asking about? Use a fictional property reference, not an occupied address.

Check before you rely on it

The guide must state that a booking reserves adviser time, not automatically the property, keys or other agents.

Do not imply

No property inventory, tenancy management, listing integration or automatic property-resource lock.
