Teaching and instruction

Organise subject-specific services, lesson lengths and eligible teachers around the appointments you actually offer.

Fit boundary. A staff invitation does not establish subject eligibility. Group classes, recurring term bookings, parent accounts and lesson-route planning are separate requirements.

The shared installation, owner setup, and customer booking stay on the setup pages. These recipes only change the example.

People and eligibility

Create two teachers, one eligible for mathematics and one for English. Do not use the teacher invitation as proof of subject eligibility.

Working time

Set one subject after school and the other on a different day. Use a synthetic adult learner in screenshots.

One ordinary question

Which topic would you like to cover? Keep learner-identifying or safeguarding details out of the public example.

Check before you rely on it

Only the eligible teacher should be available for each subject; booking one lesson must not create a weekly term timetable.

Do not imply

No school-management system, safeguarding certification, recurring series or multi-child account claim.

Catalogue records. Create and edit a service, Practitioner eligibility, Weekly hours, Signed-in booking

Catalogue limits. Create and edit a service: Several services in one visit were not re-verified. Archiving a service was not repeated in the 1.2.104 ledger. The whole candidate is not commercially accepted. Practitioner eligibility: Eligibility is not a qualification check and not a clinical credential. It does not assign a room or an assistant. Weekly hours: Split-shift editing was not repeated on 1.2.104. Practitioner hours are not the same thing as a room or a second staff member being free. Signed-in booking: Local capture is not inbox delivery. This does not take payment. An interrupted command in the fixture stayed running and was not turned into a second success.

People and eligibility

Use one language teacher and distinguish a conversation from an assessed language level.

Working time

Show one individual booking in the business timezone rather than a course enrolment.

One ordinary question

Which language would you like to practise? This is ordinary context, not automatic scoring.

Check before you rely on it

A placement conversation should not produce a proficiency score or enrol the customer in a course pack.

Do not imply

No group enrolment, native course packs or automated proficiency grading.

Guitar lesson30 minutesA business-chosen GBP or IDR amount. The recipe does not set a market price.

People and eligibility

Use separate eligible piano and guitar teachers to make the distinction clear.

Working time

Set weekly hours and, when leave is available on the frozen fixture, demonstrate one teacher’s leave date without deleting existing bookings.

One ordinary question

Which instrument is the appointment for? Do not use an answer to bypass the selected service.

Check before you rely on it

The guitar service should not become available with the piano-only teacher; one appointment is not a complete school term.

Do not imply

No instrument hire, attendance-register system, group class or automatic term scheduling.

People and eligibility

Use one instructor first; each length is a separately configured service.

Working time

Choose a practical geographic area outside the booking engine. Keep pickup and travel arrangements manual; do not presume automatic travel buffers.

One ordinary question

Agreed pickup area, not a home address in screenshots. Ask for exact sensitive details through the business’s approved private process.

Check before you rely on it

The long appointment must fit the configured window; text about pickup must not be mistaken for route optimisation.

Do not imply

No vehicle-fleet allocation, test-centre integration or automated route calculation.
