A service is missing or booking will not open
Start with publication and the service record. Do not add a second website embed until the business’s own booking page is understood.

Publication
An unpublished page tells the visitor the owner must publish first.
The service record
Confirm the service exists in the owner catalogue. Several services in one visit are not determined.
Guest versus account
Guest booking is opt-in. The fresh stored visit was a signed-in booking.
Embed
Putting the form on another website was not re-tested. Use the business booking page while that remains unresolved.
If the checks do not explain it
Describe the page address and whether the visitor is signed in. Do not include a customer record.
