Local capture means the installation recorded a message. It does not mean an inbox received it. This list does not resend anything.

Which message?
Confirmation capture was part of the signed-in pilot booking. Reminder evidence was reused and not rerun. Review requests are not sent.
Capture is not delivery
No external mailbox was proved. Queued, delivered, and bounced were not given meanings by that capture.
Timezone
The reused reminder clock used the business timezone. A customer’s phone being set differently does not change the stored business time.
Other channels
SMS and WhatsApp are not included, so they cannot explain a missing email.
If the checks do not explain it
Say whether a local capture exists, and the business timezone. Do not forward a message that contains a reset link or a customer’s details.
