Data, export, and support
Install, upgrade, rollback notes, and the export limits.
The pilot activated a fresh site and upgraded a populated clone without dropping the sampled appointments. Backup and restore of a live host were not run.
The candidate can be activated on a new site and again on a populated clone. Sampled appointments, prices, and answers stayed.
New pilot result on 1.2.104
A fresh site was installed. A clone with 11 appointments and 10 saved submissions was activated twice, published questions moved from version 6 to 7, and the older answers stayed. Rollback to the previous frozen installer and restoration of 1.2.104 were documented on that clone.
Before you start. A backup is still required before a real update. The pilot used disposable databases.
Limit. This is not a host backup and not a restore of private files on a production server. No payments table was present to preserve. Do not activate the review package on a live site from the local notes.
Technical details
Why it matters. An update can be tried without the sampled history disappearing.
Example. The installer replaces the plugin directory on a copy of the site, loads WordPress, and checks that the sampled visits are still there.
Who uses it. The site administrator. WordPress plugin activation.
Status: Cited local evidence. This is not commercial acceptance. Origin: New result recorded on the 1.2.104 local pilot. This guide did not re-run that pilot. Candidate 1.2.104 is not an accepted commercial release. R11 local-pilot ledger, record dated 2026-10-24. This guide did not re-run the pilot. Candidate 1.2.104 is not an accepted commercial release.
The documented rollback for this candidate is to put back the previous frozen plugin installer. Tables are not dropped as the rollback step.
New pilot result on 1.2.104
The install note names the previous frozen installer as the rollback target. The pilot recorded that sequence on a disposable clone. It did not run a live-host restore.
Before you start. A backup of the database and private files from the same moment. This guide does not perform that backup.
Limit. There is no partial database restore in the instructions. Host checks for private files, cache, and real mail were not run.
Technical details
Why it matters. A bad update can be reversed by restoring the known installer, together with a backup taken at the same moment.
Example. The administrator keeps the previous plugin zip and a database backup, and puts the previous zip back if the new one must be removed.
Who uses it. The site administrator. The plugin directory and the backup.

Earlier candidates exported appointment rows, including amount, currency, and scale, and refused a subscriber.
Shown on an earlier local candidate, not repeated on 1.2.104
Those proofs included amount, currency, and scale. They also omitted schedules, question definitions, and email bodies. The 1.2.104 ledger says exports were unchanged and does not repeat the download.
Before you start. Not repeated as a fresh download on 1.2.104.
Limit. The file is not a full backup and not a clinical archive. Do not send it to support with customer details still in it.
Technical details
Why it matters. The owner can take a data file, and a customer account cannot.
Example. The owner downloads the records file. A customer login is refused.
Who uses it. The business owner. The export action on the earlier candidate.
Status: Earlier local evidence. Not a new 1.2.104 result. Origin: Shown on an earlier local candidate and not repeated on 1.2.104. Candidate 1.2.104 is not an accepted commercial release. Earlier local candidate. Not repeated in the 1.2.104 pilot ledger. This guide did not re-run it.
A safe support note leaves out customer identity, medical detail, passwords, and payment data. No new support address is published here.
Not determined
The guide states the rule. It does not add a diagnostic uploader, and viewing these pages does not send a message.
Before you start. An existing support arrangement. This candidate does not create one.
Limit. This local guide has no contact form and does not store what you type. Robots rules are not an access control.
Technical details
Why it matters. Support can look at a problem without receiving a customer’s private record.
Example. The owner describes the page, the time, and what the screen said, and removes names and contact details before sending it through the business’s existing support route.
Who uses it. The business owner. Whatever support route the installation was already given.
Status: Not determined. Origin: Not determined. Candidate 1.2.104 is not an accepted commercial release. Not verified for this guide. Described as unresolved rather than as an available feature.
Service-catalogue CSV export is not established. An earlier candidate exported appointment rows, including amount, currency, and scale. That file is not a catalogue of services, and the 1.2.104 ledger did not repeat the download.
