These items come from the older source inventory. They are not counted as generally offered 1.2.104 features. Nothing here is a medical-record certification.
Older clinic source includes doctor notes. The standard 1.2.104 pilot did not re-verify it.
Older clinic source only
Older source can store clinician notes separately from ordinary front-desk notes. A new note was not saved in the audit that listed the disabled screen, and 1.2.104 did not re-open it.
Before you start. An installation that already has the specialist module, plus the business’s own professional and legal checks. A profile name does not turn it on.
